Warranty and Returns Policy
Product Warranty Returns
- The product warranty service at Globex Lighting is limited to the replacement or repair of products that have become defective under normal usage, as determined by Globex Lighting.
- For individual product warranty terms please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or refer to our website.
- For all claims, if we determine that the faulty items need to be returned, you will arrange the return of the faulty items before we send out replacements.
- Warranty claims can be made online, via email at email@example.com. All online enquiries will be answered by our customer service staff within 3 business days.
- We do not accept returns for any reason on any purchases made on our website, in person or from our invoice (applicable to both in-stock and pre-ordered items)
- We do not offer refunds for any reason, if a refund is permitted by higher management for extreme circumstances, a 30% restocking fee will apply plus any shipping costs incurred from the initial order dispatch, and any other freight incurred related to this order.
- Once the item is back to base and inspected once you receive a claim number: – If found faulty: we will send a replacement (at our cost) free to you, including shipping – If the product is found to be working and not faulty: You will have to organise your freight to pick the item back up within 7 days.
- Unless otherwise stated, all products sold on this website come with a 12-month warranty from the date of sale, and the warranty does not cover consumables such as batteries.
