Product Warranty Returns

  • The product warranty service at Globex Lighting is limited to the replacement or repair of products that have become defective under normal usage, as determined by Globex Lighting.
  • For individual product warranty terms please contact warranty@globexlighting.com.au or refer to our website.
  • For all claims, if we determine that the faulty items need to be returned, you will arrange the return of the faulty items before we send out replacements.
  • Warranty claims can be made online,  via email at warranty@globexlighting.com.au. All online enquiries will be answered by our customer service staff within 3 business days.
  • We do not accept returns for any reason on any purchases made on our website, in person or from our invoice (applicable to both in-stock and pre-ordered items)
  • We do not offer refunds for any reason, if a refund is permitted by higher management for extreme circumstances, a 30% restocking fee will apply plus any shipping costs incurred from the initial order dispatch, and any other freight incurred related to this order.
  • Once the item is back to base and inspected once you receive a claim number: – If found faulty: we will send a replacement (at our cost) free to you, including shipping – If the product is found to be working and not faulty: You will have to organise your freight to pick the item back up within 7 days.
  • Unless otherwise stated, all products sold on this website come with a 12-month warranty from the date of sale, and the warranty does not cover consumables such as batteries.

Important Points to Note:

– It is the customer’s responsibility to keep the faulty product until the product warranty claim is finalised. Any loss or further damages will void the product warranty. – It is the customer’s responsibility to keep the original invoice for product warranty purposes. Any loss of sales proof will void the product warranty claim. – If the customer can’t provide evidence of the faulty product, the claim will become void. – For all Globex Lighting products, the light fitting will only be compatible with its driver in the package. Any issues as a result of using a different driver with the light fitting will void any product warranty claim. We highly recommend our LED lighting products are installed by licensed Electricians with a standard plug base. For LED tube installation, the old fluorescent batten fittings must be modified to a LED fitting with a standard warning sticker before installing the LED tube, performed by a licensed Electrician.
